Under Dr. Ramesh Shetty's guidance in Mysore, she honed her practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. For Kirti, yoga is not merely physical exercise but a sacred spiritual practice unifying body, mind, and soul with universal energy, fostering self-discovery, mindfulness, and connection to existence's profound essence.
